About us:

Our Travel Family started connecting with You the discerning traveler in 2002: WE- I, and my business partner Gary Goldenberg started our travel family- A Three Mermaid Travel Service, post 9/11 in January 2002 after becoming certified travel agents in a time when the travel world slowed to a drip. After going to classes before, and after the terrorist attack in lower Manhattan on 14th Street. We became resolved that we would succeed to build and sell honestly a travel service based on excellence. Through the knowledge we gained in class, and the help we received from Joannie Ogg at NACTA, with the travel information the late great Joel Abel of Travel Trade gave to agents and to us in private helped make our path clear as a home based travel agency. They pointed us in the right direction, treated us like family, and the rest has become history!

As early members of NACTA-National Association of Career Travel Agents, and then soon to follow we became one of the original members of the NEST- Network of Entrepreneurs Selling Travel- the home based travel agent consortium, and part of the American Marketing Group. This organization treats us, and our guests like family, helps us fight the battle for all our clients when there is a problem. There support to us, and the travel community is tremendous!

We have built a family of home based travel agents that are passionate about travel, selling travel, and continuing to learn, and give our clients the best service for the value they desire. The integrity, honesty, and caring these specialists/advisor believe in help make us the company we are today! My cruise fact: Each cruise has a different flavor that meets your needs, since 2001 I have sailed 54 cruises on eight cruise lines, and many itineraries. I enjoy all of the cruise lines. I have inspected over 100ships.
